✨ Immanuel: God With Us—In Us, and Among Us 🕊️

In our last devotional, God With Us: The Real Reason We Celebrate, we reflected on the miracle of Christmas. Scripture declares:

“Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel”
(which means, God with us).
Matthew 1:23

This name reveals more than a moment in history—it reveals the heart of God. He is not distant. He draws near. He chooses relationship.

But Immanuel did not end at the manger. ✨

After the resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ, God fulfilled another promise—not merely to be with us, but to dwell within us through the Holy Spirit.

Scripture affirms this clearly and consistently:

“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?”
1 Corinthians 3:16

“Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Colossians 1:27

“Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts.”
Galatians 4:6

God is with us.
God is in us—by the Holy Spirit. 🕊️

And yet, Scripture does not stop there.

Even from the beginning, God established that His design for humanity included fellowship.

In the Garden—before sin, before separation—God Himself declared:

“It is not good that man should be alone.”
Genesis 2:18

Adam walked with God.
Adam heard God.
Adam lived in perfection.

And still, God said alone was not good.

This reveals a foundational truth: communion with God was never meant to replace connection with others—it was meant to include it.

What God later instructed the Church not to abandon, He first revealed in creation itself.

The same God who chose to dwell in believers by the Holy Spirit also gave clear instruction concerning how believers are to live together.

“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some…”
Hebrews 10:24–25

This is not framed as preference or convenience.
It is given as instruction.

Unity and fellowship are not sustained by habit or emotion, but by obedience to God’s design. 🧱

Jesus Himself affirmed that there is a distinct expression of His presence experienced when believers gather:

“For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
Matthew 18:20

This does not diminish the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
It reveals something additional.

While God lives in us individually by the Holy Spirit, He is also revealed among us corporately.

The New Testament Church understood this and ordered their lives accordingly:

“They continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.”
Acts 2:42

“Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.”
1 Corinthians 12:27

Individually indwelt by the Holy Spirit.
Corporately joined as one Body.

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, the question before us is not whether God is near.
The question is whether we are aligned with His Word and His will.

This new year is not a call back to routine. Much of what once felt familiar has already been disrupted—and rightly so. God is not restoring systems for the sake of comfort; He is reordering hearts for the sake of alignment.

This is a call forward into biblical fellowship, faithful obedience, and alignment with God’s perfect will. A call to remember that the Church has never been about us—but about Him.

It is a call to Spirit-led living—life directed and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
To lives submitted rather than self-centered.
To gatherings shaped by alignment, not habit.

God is doing a new thing. And the invitation before us is not merely to notice it—but to perceive it, align with it, and walk in step with the Holy Spirit. ✨🕊️

📖 Indwelling vs. Corporate Revelation

Indwelling of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit dwells in every believer
(1 Corinthians 3:16; Colossians 1:27; Galatians 4:6)

Corporate Revelation
God is revealed among believers through unity and fellowship
(Genesis 2:18; Matthew 18:20; Acts 2:42)

Key Truth:
God is always with you by the Holy Spirit—but He has designed His people to experience and reflect His presence together. 📖

🕊️ A Prayer for Alignment in the New Year

Father God,
We acknowledge You as Immanuel—God with us and
We thank You that by Your Holy Spirit, You dwell within us and remain faithful in every season.

As we enter this new year, bring our hearts into alignment with Your Word and Your will, in Jesus Name.
Restore biblical fellowship,
Heal what has been fragmented, and
Strengthen the unity of Your Body, in Jesus Name.

Teach us to value what You have instructed,
to gather as You have commanded,
and to walk together as one Body—joined and built up in love, in Jesus Name.

Make Your Church a dwelling place for Your presence:
united in truth, grounded in Scripture, and led by the Holy Spirit, in Jesus Name.

We step into this year surrendered, attentive, and aligned.

In the name of Jesus Christ,
Amen. 🕊️

Coach Minister, Tiffani Grady

Servant Founder & Architect of Kingdom Transformation for Spirit Led Ministries

My name is Coach Minister, Tiffani Grady, and I am simply a servant—called, appointed, and anointed by the Holy Spirit to build what God has entrusted to my hands. Spirit Led Ministries was birthed from a vision the Lord gave me: a place where the Gospel is proclaimed with purity, where the love of Jesus Christ is demonstrated through tangible acts of compassion, and where believers are discipled into a deeper walk of faith.

From the very beginning, God made it clear that SLM would not be built by human strategy, but by Holy Spirit leadership, obedience, and surrendered dependence. He revealed to me a blueprint—just as He did with Noah, Moses, and David—showing me that my role is not only to minister to people but to architect the structure, culture, and spiritual foundation of this ministry. Everything we do flows from Jesus’s command in Matthew 25:40 and His call to love God wholly and love our neighbor selflessly.

I serve as a Christian Counselor Coach, an ordained minister, and a graduate with a degree in Leadership and Ministry. These God-given tools help equip me to walk alongside individuals with wisdom, biblical insight, and the heart of a shepherd. But above all, my qualification is this: God called me. Every teaching, every outreach, every devotional, and every act of service is guided by the voice of the Holy Spirit and grounded in the Word of God.

My heart burns to see lives transformed—not by human strength, but by the power of God. Through weekly Bible studies, communal meals, Holy Communion, prayer, outreach, and practical assistance such as gas cards and Wave card reloads, SLM exists to live out the Gospel in a way that restores dignity, builds community, and draws souls to Christ.

As the Servant Founder & Architect of Kingdom Transformation, I am committed to:

• Building a Christ-centered community of believers

• Demonstrating the love of Jesus through service

• Teaching biblical truth with clarity and compassion

• Creating safe spaces for healing, fellowship, and spiritual growth

• Listening to the Holy Spirit in everything

My story is still unfolding, and so is SLM—but one thing is certain: God is the Builder. I am simply His vessel, saying “yes” to the blueprint He has placed before me.

If the Lord has led you here, welcome. You are loved, you are seen, and you are part of what God is doing through Spirit Led Ministries.
