Led by the Holy Spirit. Serving like Jesus. Loving God. Loving people.

Spirit Led Ministries was founded on Matthew 25:40 — “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me.” We believe God placed billions of people on this earth so that no one would ever have to walk through life alone. Ministry was never meant to be confined to a building; it is the calling of every believer. We are the Church. We are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, to care for the poor, and to live in such a way that our very lives point directly to Jesus Christ.

Emergency Food Assistance Program

No one should ever have to choose between feeding their family and meeting other essential needs. At Spirit Led Ministries, we believe that providing food is more than meeting a physical need — it is an expression of God’s love, care, and compassion.

Our Emergency Food Assistance Program offers a one-time blessing of groceries to individuals and families walking through hardship. This support is meant to bring immediate relief, encouragement, and hope during difficult seasons.

Because we steward our resources prayerfully and responsibly, assistance is currently available once every six months, until full funding allows us to serve more families more often.

Every grocery blessing is a reminder that God sees, God cares, and God provides.

Transportation Assistance Program

At Spirit Led Ministries, we believe no one should miss out on opportunities for work, healthcare, family needs, or spiritual growth simply because they cannot afford transportation. Mobility is dignity — and access can change a life.

Our Transportation Assistance Program helps bridge that gap. Instead of bus tickets, we now provide Wave card reloads for those who rely on the city bus, ensuring they can get where they need to go without fear of lack holding them back. For individuals and families with vehicles, we also offer gas cards, helping them reach job interviews, medical appointments, and ministry gatherings with confidence and peace.

Every reload.
Every gas card.
Every act of support.

It’s more than transportation — it’s ministry in motion, helping our community move forward, one journey at a time.

My Kingdom Assignment

My name is Tiffani Grady, and I serve as the Servant Founder of Spirit Led Ministries.
I was called by God to build this ministry according to His blueprint, not my own. Everything I do here flows from a deep dependence on the Holy Spirit and a sincere desire to love God wholly and love people well.

I am an ordained minister, a certified Christian Counselor Coach, and I hold a degree in Leadership and Ministry. These studies have equipped me to teach the Word of God with clarity, offer Christ-centered counseling, and lead with both wisdom and compassion.

But more important than any credential is the calling God placed on my life — to be an architect in His Kingdom, to help build up His people, and to serve with humility, integrity, and bold faith.

My heart is to meet real needs, proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ, and cultivate a community of believers who support one another and reflect the heart of Christ. Everything within this ministry is done in obedience and reverence to Him.

My story began with a battle — a single mother at just 16, thrust into an adulthood I was not prepared for. Life did not spare me. I walked through storms that tried to break me, losses that hollowed me, decisions that wounded me, and seasons where homelessness wrapped itself around my life like a shadow. I have known the nights where hope felt distant, and all I had was the whisper of God saying, “Get up. I am with you.”

And He was.
Every time.
His Presence found me in places where people overlooked me.
His mercy caught me when the world failed me.
And His purpose burned within me when everything else fell apart.

I carry deep gratitude for the nonprofits and ministries that God used to sustain me. But in the midst of my suffering, the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to a truth that shook me awake: the greatest, most overlooked resource Heaven has placed on earth is people.

Not systems.
Not institutions.
People.

Our neighbors.
Our communities.
Ordinary souls carrying extraordinary compassion — image-bearers of God placed strategically beside us.

The Lord revealed to me that true ministry doesn’t start in a building; it starts in hearts that burn with His love. He showed me that revival begins when we see one another, help one another, and bear each other’s burdens. This is Kingdom. This is the Gospel. This is the heart of Jesus Christ.

My life became a testimony of this truth:
When God uses people, miracles break out.
When community rises, no one walks alone.
And when love becomes action, Heaven touches earth.

Spirit Led Ministries was born from that fire — a fire shut up in my bones — a calling I could not silence.
