🔥🕊️ DO IT SCARED: No Longer A Slave To Fear

For Such a Time as This

Beloved, the Holy Spirit brought me straight to the Book of Esther.

Because Esther’s story is not just history — it’s instruction.

Esther was positioned in a moment where obedience could cost her comfort… and even her life. And Mordecai said something that still speaks to the Body of Christ today:

“And who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14)

Esther didn’t wait until she felt brave. She didn’t wait until she felt ready. She aligned herself with God, called a fast, and then she moved:

“I will go… and if I perish, I perish.” (Esther 4:16)

That wasn’t recklessness.
That was surrender.
That was obedience under pressure.

And right after that, the Holy Spirit dropped the phrase into my spirit:

DO IT SCARED.
Do it with your knees shaking.
Do it while trembling.
Cry if you must—but do it.
Obey God—no matter the cost.

Now let’s expose something: fear has an author.
And it is not God.

⚔️ Who Gives Fear?

Scripture is clear:

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

So, when fear is governing your thoughts, your decisions, your sleep, your emotions — recognize it for what it is.

It’s not coming from your Father.

And let’s be honest… fear is underneath so much of what people are struggling with.

So many people call it anxiety, but underneath it is fear.
So many people are battling depression, and many times—though not always—fear is underneath that too.

Fear of not having enough money.
Fear of a diagnosis.
Fear of what path your children are going down.
Fear of the marriage not working.
Fear of being alone.
Fear of the future.

Fear is governing the lives of too many of God’s children.

Let me be clear—I’m not saying anxiety and depression aren’t real or that you can simply “pray them away.” Sometimes professional help is needed, and God may use therapy and even medication as part of your healing and deliverance. There is no shame in getting help. What I am saying is this: anxiety and depression are not your identity and they were never part of your original design. God did not create you to be governed by fear—He created you to be governed by Him.

And I believe part of the reason fear has such a grip is this:

They don’t fully know who they are in Christ.
They don’t know what God has promised them.
They don’t know what the real issue is—or how to handle it biblically.
And they struggle to truly trust God with their lives because they haven’t yet developed the close relationship with God the Father that He longs to have with them.

Beloved, you were never meant to be ruled by fear.

🕊️ Adopted, Not Abandoned (Romans 8:15)

Scripture says:

“For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, ‘Abba, Father.’” (Romans 8:15)

That means fear is not your family name.
Bondage is not your portion.
You are not a spiritual orphan.

You have been adopted into sonship.
You are His child.

And the children’s bread is not instability.
The children’s bread is not double-mindedness.
The children’s bread is authority, dominion, and a sound mind—self-control—because you are governed by the Father’s love and led by His Holy Spirit.

When we are aligned in relationship with God Almighty, we are not unstable in all our ways. We are anchored.

That is the Father’s desire for His babies.

What “Unstable in All Our Ways” Looks Like Today

The Bible says a double-minded person is unstable in all their ways. (James 1:8)
Let’s make that plain.

Unstable doesn’t just mean “emotional.”

It means you’re being pulled by two masters.

It looks like this in real life:

  • You pray… but then you panic and take control right back.

  • You say “God is good”… but you still expect the worst.

  • You believe the promises… but you make decisions based on fear.

  • You worship on Sunday… but you live like you’re alone Monday through Saturday.

  • You ask God for direction… then ignore it because it makes you uncomfortable.

  • You declare faith out of your mouth… but your habits are driven by anxiety.

  • One day you’re confident; the next day you’re crushed—because your mind is being governed by circumstances instead of truth.

That’s instability.

Not because you’re “crazy.”
Not because you don’t love God.
But because fear is still fighting for the driver’s seat.

And the Father does not want His babies living like that.

He desires that we be anchored—steady—whole—governed by His love, led by His Holy Spirit, and built on His Word.

🐍 “Snitches Get Stitches” Is a Strategy of Hell

Now let me expose another tactic.

The world says, “Snitches get stitches.”
But that ideology is demonic.

Because if the enemy can keep you from “snitching” on him to God Almighty—
if he can keep your mouth shut, silence you, and make you feel ashamed to talk—
then he can isolate you.

And isolation is not how God created you to live.

God created us to be wholly dependent on Him.

Scripture says:

“Cast all your cares upon Him, because He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

He didn’t say bring Him only the big stuff.
He didn’t say bring Him only what you can’t figure out.

He said cast your cares—anything that concerns you.

If it concerns you, God is concerned.

And I honestly believe this is one reason God the Father sent His only begotten Son—because it’s easier for us, as humans, to relate to someone who walked in real human flesh.

And let me say this clearly:

You’re bringing your cares to Jesus Christ, who walked in real human flesh without ever losing righteousness, and who carried pressure, grief, and suffering without being overcome.

So no, you’re not bringing your burdens to someone distant.
You’re bringing them to the Lord who understands pressure… and still conquered.

👑 What “Do It Scared” Means

“Do it scared” does not mean fear is leading.

It means fear is present…
but fear is not permitted to decide.

It means:

  • I’m scared… but I’m obedient.

  • I’m trembling… but I’m trusting.

  • I don’t know all the details… but I know my Father.

And if we’re honest, some of us have delayed obedience because we wanted to feel safe first.

But Esther didn’t have the luxury of comfort.
She had a call.

And so do you.

For such a time as this.

So whatever God has been telling you to do:

Pray.
Fast.
Obey.
Speak.
Move.

Do it scared.

Because the goal isn’t to feel fearless.

The goal is to be governed by God, not fear.

🔊 Declarative Prayer to Be Spoken Aloud

Father God,
In the Mighty, Matchless, and Holy name of Jesus Christ, I thank You that You did not give me the spirit of fear.

I renounce the spirit of bondage to fear.
I receive the Spirit of adoption.
And I declare that I am not an orphan, in Jesus Name.

Abba Father, I belong to You.

I receive the Spirit of power.
I receive the Spirit of love.
And I receive a sound mind—self-control—because I am governed by You, in Jesus Name.

I cast all my cares upon You, because You care for me.
Not some but ALL, in Jesus Name.

I refuse to suffer in silence.
I refuse to isolate.
I refuse to protect the enemy with secrecy, in the name of Jesus Christ!

I declare fear is not my master.
Jesus Christ is Lord and Master of my life.

Like Esther, I will obey.
I will align.
I will fast when You tell me to fast.
I will speak when You tell me to speak.
I will move when You tell me to move.

Even if I feel afraid, I will do it scared—because You are with me, You are for me, and You will supply what I need, in Jesus Name.

Lord God, You said that I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
I will have courage that is submitted, not reckless.
I will walk by faith, not by sight, that is anchored in Your Word, in Jesus Name.

I will not be silent.
I will not shrink back.
I will not be ruled by fear.

In the All-Powerful name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.

Tiffani Grady

Coach Minister, Tiffani Grady

Servant Founder & Architect of Kingdom Transformation for Spirit Led Ministries

My name is Coach Minister, Tiffani Grady, and I am simply a servant—called, appointed, and anointed by the Holy Spirit to build what God has entrusted to my hands. Spirit Led Ministries was birthed from a vision the Lord gave me: a place where the Gospel is proclaimed with purity, where the love of Jesus Christ is demonstrated through tangible acts of compassion, and where believers are discipled into a deeper walk of faith.

From the very beginning, God made it clear that SLM would not be built by human strategy, but by Holy Spirit leadership, obedience, and surrendered dependence. He revealed to me a blueprint—just as He did with Noah, Moses, and David—showing me that my role is not only to minister to people but to architect the structure, culture, and spiritual foundation of this ministry. Everything we do flows from Jesus’s command in Matthew 25:40 and His call to love God wholly and love our neighbor selflessly.

I serve as a Christian Counselor Coach, an ordained minister, and a graduate with a degree in Leadership and Ministry. These God-given tools help equip me to walk alongside individuals with wisdom, biblical insight, and the heart of a shepherd. But above all, my qualification is this: God called me. Every teaching, every outreach, every devotional, and every act of service is guided by the voice of the Holy Spirit and grounded in the Word of God.

My heart burns to see lives transformed—not by human strength, but by the power of God. Through weekly Bible studies, communal meals, Holy Communion, prayer, outreach, and practical assistance such as gas cards and Wave card reloads, SLM exists to live out the Gospel in a way that restores dignity, builds community, and draws souls to Christ.

As the Servant Founder & Architect of Kingdom Transformation, I am committed to:

• Building a Christ-centered community of believers

• Demonstrating the love of Jesus through service

• Teaching biblical truth with clarity and compassion

• Creating safe spaces for healing, fellowship, and spiritual growth

• Listening to the Holy Spirit in everything

My story is still unfolding, and so is SLM—but one thing is certain: God is the Builder. I am simply His vessel, saying “yes” to the blueprint He has placed before me.

If the Lord has led you here, welcome. You are loved, you are seen, and you are part of what God is doing through Spirit Led Ministries.
